Supporting aspirant FTs
The Foundation Trust Network Preparation Programme is open to all NHS trusts that are working towards foundation trust applications.
The programme helps prepare aspirant trusts by drawing on the experience and good practice developed by existing foundation trusts, as well as by linking in with stakeholders such as the Department of Health and Monitor to keep trusts updated on any new application developments. The programme includes a series of events, information provision, help to set up buddying and mentoring relationships, as well as bespoke support tailored to particular needs.
Both FTN members and non-members can access this support free of charge.
